The Multisensory Hallucination Scale for Children (MHASC) is a scale designed to assess different modalities of hallucinations in children and adolescents.  It is currently available in French.  Translations in English, Dutch and Korean are underway.

The Questionnaire for Psychotic Experiences (QPI)

The QPE is a scale assessing hallucinations in multiple modalities as well as delusions.  The screener is a short interview consisting of 11 items to assess presence of hallucinations and delusions. Total assessment time varies between 5 and 15 minutes.  The full QPE interview consists of a maximum of 50 questions investigating presence, severity and characteristics of hallucinations, illusions, delusions and delusional beliefs. Total time for assessment is approximately 30 minutes.
